If you are looking for PMF's or soft tissue borne Dentures...that's not what we do. We work in the Cad-Cam world. We do not cast metal or pack acrylic. We use computer aided design and computer aided milling to create strong lifelike accurate zirconia crowns and bridges and implant prosthesis. We can mill anything that can be milled. Newer materials that can extend the longevity, function and aesthetics of the work you do. Zirconia, Titanium, Technomed Mineral (PEEK), PMMA and Multistratum Flex (Polycarbonate) All work is done in house and never outsourced to other labs or countries. We have total control. If it's not right..It's our fault!
D.I.S.C. was created out of a need to produce consistent high quality Implant borne prosthesis. It was formed by Eric Shantzer, DDS. Dr. Shantzer holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology as well as a Dental Degree. He has over 35 years of experience in restoring dental implants. He understands that the stresses and distribution of forces on implants is not the same as natural teeth and with your input, designs accordingly using taking the material properties into account. If you have any questions or problems with implant restorative cases, he is available to discuss your cases.
We use Zirkonzahn equipment and materials. We feel it is the best equipment in the dental industry. What that means for you is the restorations are made from the best zirconia under tested parameters for consistent results. We never rust our firing schedules which is why our zirconia performs year after year. Great zirconia, great design and good occlusion gives us a near 0 failure rate.
